The Research House Terms & Conditions

Terms of payment are strictly 14 days from the date of invoice and are subject to VAT (foreign billing included). Interest may be charged on outstanding accounts.

Due to HM Customs & Excise regulations. VAT is chargeable regardless of the client's origin. The basic rule is that services are deemed to be supplied where the supplier belongs.

The Research House can accept no liability for delays or postponements caused by, or as a result of adverse weather conditions, industrial action or any other reason beyond the control of The Research House.

The Research House will accept no liability for loss or damage to client's property or stored materials unless caused by negligence.

In the event of any dispute arising as a result of a booking, the maximum liability awarded by The Research House shall be equal to and no more than the value of the hire fee for the booking.

Cancellation fees will apply to all confirmed bookings cancelled within the following periods:

Please note that The Research House will not make a charge if the studio can be resold for the same dates for a similar fee.
